Booking Terms:
A 10% deposit is required at the time of booking confirmation.
The remaining balance must be paid in full within 30 days of the tour date.
Cancellations can be made at any time. However, deposits are non-refundable.
Itinerary
Your journey begins at the historic Mitsumine Shrine, a place famous for its spiritual connection to the Japanese wolf, an extinct animal believed to protect against bad fortune. After exploring the shrine, you’ll set off on a hike through the scenic Chichibu-Tama-Kai National Park, passing through peaceful forests filled with birch, beech, and maple trees. The trail takes you through beautiful valleys and along mountain ridges.
By the end of the day, you’ll reach the cozy Kumotori Sanso Hut, where you can relax and recharge for the next day.
Start: Meet at Seibu-Chichibu Station, then transfer to Mitsumine Shrine trailhead.
Hike: Walk through the sacred grounds of Mitsumine Shrine and enter the peaceful forests of the national park.
End: Arrive at Kumotori Sanso Hut for the night.
Meals: Dinner is provided.

Wake up early for an optional hike to the summit of Mount Kumotori to catch an unforgettable sunrise. Afterward, enjoy a hearty breakfast back at the hut. When you’re ready, begin your descent through the same scenic trail back to your starting point.
Start: Early morning optional summit hike for sunrise, then return to the hut for breakfast.
Hike: After breakfast, hike back to Seibu-Chichibu Station.
